I don’t know that I get that message from your design, but I don’t mind it for the artwork itself.

It may not be obvious enough, but there is a small green sprout among the roots.

I agree that the message doesn’t hit you but I do like the design itself.

I like the design on the darker purple background or the blue as opposed to the green. If the green were a different shade it may suit it better.

This has apsolutely no meaning. So woman’s dying because the tree is dying? Or is it vice versa? Why are they dying anyway?

I’m sorry the design has no meaning for you. For centuries the spirit of nature has been represented as female, specifically as a woman. The spirits of trees, or dryads, were invented in ancient times as female.
In the polluted world of today, trees are suffering, growing sickly and dying. (Please see: http://www.newswithviews.com/Peterson/rosalind4.htm) I included a representation of the spirit of the tree as well as the tree to make a better design. And yet, she gestures with her last energy at the new sprout, which may be able to survive.
What will we do to insure that survival?
And Yet There is Hope

About My Design:
Even trees are in danger from toxins in the soil, the water and the air. Yet the push for life is so strong that there is still hope we can enjoy a green Earth.
