As a part time smoker who just can’t seem to kick the habit for good it’s nice to be reminded that cigs are killing me… Thanks.
Your design looks great but on a woman it may look like the smoke is groping her.

Was wondering if you could change the grope look by adding the hands clutching a lung each? Just a thought.

About My Design:
The hands go up the the neckline to symbolise smoke choking the neck of shirt wearer. A visual symbol of how cigarette smoke is invasive and deadly. It’s not trying to be preachy, more tongue-in-cheek.
This would be an oversized print. There is a gradient and one colour, but can be converted to 3 colour without gradient.
