Interesting. Is that Beijing in the background though?  I didn’t think you could use a photograph.

For everyone’s information: we won’t be able to reproduce designs with photographs or gradients. At the same time, we don’t want to discourage motivated artists so we’ll let the occasional submission pass for now.  We’re improving our site so that the rules and guidelines are clearer for everyone. You can probably do a live trace of that photograph in illustrator and depending on the trace options you choose the image would have a fairly similar look and be vector.

Hi, Marnina, thanks for your advice but I do not know illustrator but if you can suggest me some ideas or methods of changes in photoshop, then I can work on it.Waiting for your advice.
