I guess there is no better way to symbolize “uniqueness” apart from finger-prints. A noble idea from the artist.
Not only the person who wears it will feel confident, everyone who comes in contact will feel the same.
My kudos to him..

Hey!! I like the idea… a lot!! I just do not know if i see this design it will revoke me to SAVE THE ENVIROMENT or somethng related to it… u know what I am saying? But I mean.. nice idea!!! It really is!!!

I love the concept, but agree about the typography. I think your point can be made even without the words

About My Design:
Here in my design fingerprint is shown. A fingerprint symbolizes the uniqueness of an individual.
This is the era of stiff competition where survival depends on how good you are.In order to be good, one needs to be self confident.
This feeling of uniqueness,which most people lack can be actually used to their advantage in raising their morale.I think when such a T shirt is worn, the person feels good about himself and that significantly improves his morale and the way he sees things.
