Maybe if it was less doodly or more doodly
I mean you have perfect squares with doodles inside, why not doodled squares also

Yeah, Kramer, I thought about adding more colour. But I like the browns - nice and manly. Plus there’s a pretentious meaning to the colours: autos are ‘brown’ or dirty energy users, while bikes are ‘green’ - so the partly drawn bike gets a green trim around its box. That’s what happend when you overthink design, I guess.

I like also that at one point the tires look like a pair of glasses, so that implies another “way of seeing”. Really awesome! I’d love to wear this out bikin around this summer in Vancouver

This is your best one, in my opinion. But I would prefer it without the type. I think the image speaks for itself.

nice concept. maybe kimono is right about it working without the text, especially if you turn the final image into more of a bike. (add super-simplified handle bars and/or a seat post). if the shirt is meant to be associated directly with the bike coop, then i suppose the text is warranted…

nice. i wish the boxes were less visible so the idea conveyed was stronger because it’s really effective. Maybe text could read “simplify” or something along those lines. illustrative quality is cool.

About My Design:
There is a non-profit in Halifax called Bike Again that recycles and repairs old bikes and gives them away for free to people who want to start to bike.
Three colours in this design. I liked the idea of weaning someone off their car and back to their bicycle. Environmentalism is a process - a set of steps - people are going to make lifestyle changes gradually. I thought about using numbers to indicate steps, and thought about starting with a fully drawn car and ending with a fully drawn bicycle, but in the end liked this ‘in transition’ look. It seemed more clever to just suggest the bike in the final frame.
