Like the bear, but the type just does not work. I’d loose it.

I disagree. I think the ‘alumni’ idea adds to the humour a lot. Don’t like this as much as your other designs though.

The bear works.  I like that the design is at the bottom of the t-shirt but I would play with the type a bit as well.

Think I’d loose the text. Can also get rid of that bit of light blue under the waves. Doesn’t need it. Bear’s face says it all.
