i totaly didnt know it was i heart bike. the heart doesnt really work as a letter and it takes to much thinking about to get it

trying to redesign Milton Glaser’s I’heart’NY is one big task, its one of the most famous logos on the planet. however i do like this typography, its difficult to see the L and it makes me think that you love IKE instead of LIKE if you know what i mean but .. yeah ..nice nice =)

yeah the “B” is a bit hard to read as such...to be honest, I read the heart as an “L” and have been sitting here trying to figure out what you “like"…
and I agree that the “I (heart)...” thing has been overdone.

It’s an awesome idea, but like Sibyl said, negative space should help, I read it as ‘I LIKE’, might get people confused.

rotating the heart 45 degrees clockwise and aligning to the baseline and playing with the leading of the whole piece might create and intersting result
