GRIST ENVIRONMENTAL NEWS
We really like Grist.org out of Seattle, WA. It's a little skewed toward US content, but still has something for everyone, and their writing style is spot on.

Artevist has added the Behance Network to its list of online, creative portfolio websites that members can easily add and link to in their profiles.
The Behance Network is an invitation-only online platform for creative professionals around the world to showcase their work, providing a central place to build their portfolios, gain exposure, and discover job opportunities. It's also a place for employers in creative industries to find top talent. With nearly a million visitors every month, the Behance Network exposes recruiters, explorers, and the world at large to the newest, freshest, most exciting work coming out of the global creative community. They were also selected as a finalist in the 2008 SXSW Interactive Conference and Festival.
We just love the website. Very well designed and easy to navigate, it really does a great job of highlighting fantastic art and artists. If you're a professional artist, or a gifted amateur, you really should be there.
