You are only authorised to use the Website if you agree to abide by this Privacy Policy and all applicable laws. Personal Information Disclosure
Anonymity - If you browse the Website, you do so anonymously. Artevist does not collect your personal information unless you voluntarily provide it to us.

You may remove content at any time, under the knowledge that anyone (authorized or unauthorized) who has had access to this content may have retained a copy of it. Artevist is not responsible for the retention, use or privacy of User Content in these instances, or for the use or privacy of such content by any parties while they are in our database. Additionally, if you post material to the Website, your user name will be disclosed as the source of the materials. Materials posted to the Website are generally available to all Website users, except those materials subject to password protection, which are available only to registered members and Artevist.
User Communications & Email - If you contact Artevist by conventional mail, email, feedback, discussion or comment forum, blog or other online instrument, this "User Communications" becomes the property of Artevist and is used to process inquires, respond to your requests, and improve our services. We may also use this collected information for the following purposes: products and service provisioning, billing, identification and authentication, service improvement, contact, marketing, promotion and research. If you indicate that you would like to receive email and/or conventional mail from Artevist, then we may send you such material or other communications containing information about Artevist and other matters we believe will interest you. To update your personal information at any time on the Website, login to your member Account, which is accessible from any page.

Artevist employs security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of this information. These include the use of encryption technology when collecting, transmitting and storing sensitive data. Nevertheless, security risks on the internet cannot be eliminated and Artevist cannot guarantee that your personal information will not be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.
Outside Contractors - We occasionally employ other companies to perform functions on our behalf, e.g. website development. Children - Artevist Communications Inc. does not willingly collect or use personally identifiable information from any individual under 13 years of age. Additionally, Artevist believes that any child under 18 years of age should have the consent of a parent or legal guardian before providing personal information to any website.
Overriding Legal Obligations - The only exception to this Privacy Policy may occur if Artevist is requested by legal authorities to disclose information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities, including, without limitation: fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies or other entities that Artevist Communications Inc. does not manage or control. It does not apply to information regarding corporations or other non-individuals. As with any service provided over the internet, we cannot guarantee the confidentiality or security of any information sent by you to us via the Website. This Privacy Policy will be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein, excluding any conflict of laws rules that would apply another body of law. This Privacy Policy is available exclusively in English, and your failure to fully understand or comprehend the terms and condition set out, do not affect or lessen your acceptance of it. This Privacy Policy constitutes and contains the entire agreement between you and Artevist Communications Inc. with respect to its subject matter and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements. If any provision of this Privacy Policy is held to be illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Privacy Policy will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

Artevist reserves the right to update and change this Privacy Policy without notice to you. Any new features that augment or enhance the current service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to this Privacy Policy.
